    Cinema reviews:

Blue Iguana is a movie that not many people will have heard of. So is it worth your time and effort hunting it out at the cinema, or will a rental or disc purchase be more prudent?

The big movie of last week was Venom, a big budget blockbuster Marvel anti-hero film. Can the studio continue the runaway success of their standalone movies?

The other film raking up the discussions on the forums and social media is ‘A Star is Born’. It's Lady Gaga’s first major movie role and it sounds like she is off to a good start. Read our review to find out what Cas thought is this one.

    4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc Reviews:

The big 4K Blu-ray movie release was Halloween. This movie is a horror classic and it's out in time for the holiday it shares its name with. Does it stand up to the 4K picture treatment?

Also released on Blu-ray and reviewed last week was Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons. If you're a child of the 60s or just love retro TV, this might be the perfect disc to pick up. Read Simon's review to find out.

Now for a movie that probably passed most people by. ‘Book Club’ has a pretty stellar cast, Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen, Mary Steenburgen, Andy Garcia and Craig T. Nelson. The plot is ‘Four lifelong friends have their lives forever changed after reading 50 Shades of Grey in their monthly book club.’ Is it as awful as it sounds from the description?

The last of our 4K Blu-ray reviews comes courtesy of Simon. ‘X-Men: The Last Stand’ was the 3rd in the franchise. A disc just for X-Men die-hards and completists then? Click here to read Simon's take on this one.

    TV, Hi-Fi and Tech Reviews:

Steve Withers had the back-breaking Hisense U9A (H75U9AUK) 4K ULED TV in for review. Is this the cheapest 75-inch 4K UHD TV you can buy and does it justify its £3,500 price point? Find out what Steve thought about it in his review.

Greg Hook has been filling his house with Wi-Fi this week reviewing the Netgear Orbi RBK23 Wi-Fi System. Is it easy to install and setup? What about a well-designed app, fast speeds, rock-solid connection, and other must-have features? Read the review to find out.
