Taking some obvious cues from the greats of the RPG genre, Biomutant is a charming action-adventure that’s light on action but has a rich open world that’s ripe for leisurely looting and near-endless exploration.
Picking up where Biohazard left off, Resident Evil Village builds upon this very welcome return to form, dipping back into the classics from this now 25-year-old series to add a little more action to its survival-horror origins.
It’s had its share of tech issues, but this RPG shooter-looter takes inspiration from the classics to deliver some of the best fun-and-gun action around. Outriders is great on your own, but even better with friends.
A delightful two-player adventure that demands genuine co-op gameplay, this highly creative puzzle-platformer is a great way to embrace social distancing with your friends.

Stubbs the Zombie Review (Xbox One)
by Ian Collen
The 15-year-old cult classic rises from the grave with a zero frills port, leaving a first-gen Xbox title to walk among those living in a new-gen world... but there's still some life in this undead antihero.
An intriguing puzzle-adventure crossover for the hit TV show with some great ideas for embracing your inner Shelby, but it ultimately falls a little short.
