Recently ive started to get a several BSODs :

Session "" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000043

    and

Some processor performance power management features have been disabled due to a known firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.

For the second problem i have checked my ram with mem test and installed the latest drivers for everything, inc bios and graphics card ect

i cant figure out why after upgrading my PSU from a generic super lame 700w psu to a XFX 750W i would get these problems :/

    SPEC:

Intel E8400@3ghz Cooler with akasa venom
    AsRock P43DE
    6gb DDR2800HMZ RAM
    Asus DirectCUII 6950 2GB
    XFX 750w core edition PSU
