Hi, I just sent them an e-mail via their online contact us page and told them about how its misleading with the Full hd in 3d thing. When I spoke to them on the phone (they rang me) the lady was trying to tell me Samsung havent done anything wrong but i was calm and said 'Well we are all consumers if you bought something that was being displayed with features and the item didnt do as per said feature you would be upset' and thats when she said she will contact the head office and even tried for me whilst i was on the phone! :-D but they tried calling me the same day but i was not available and they tried again today I guess they are very keen on giving great customer support! I got the e-mail address to write to with my customer number which details that i am looking to get a refund. They will basically pick it up and then refund me all because of the non full hd in 3d thing but im feeling a bit uncomfortable shelling out for a D7000. I asked them what about getting the D7000 and said they couldnt upgrade me or do anything so i find it strange that they will just come and pick it up and give a full refund, i have to send them my reciept on e-mail first.
