I have a new Panny Viera 46pz81 plasma and the SA-BT100 cinema system.
The problem I have is that when I want audio from the TV and home cinema system at the same time, there is an echo from the overall sound reception.
The SA-BT100 is set to AUX/TV. The only way to get a decent sound is to turn the speakers on the TV off and just use the audio from the SA-BT100 speakers.
Is it possible to have speakers working on the plasma at the same time as the SA-BT100 speakers?

You should always mute the TV when using a HT system, theres no purpose in having the TV speakers on aswel which will give out an echo you describe
