Hi all,
I've read conflicting reports on this. Some people report using Ni-MH rechargeables with no problem, others can't get any response from their controller. I know the Play and Charge kit contains a simple Ni-MH battery pack, which finally swayed me to buy an Ansmann Photocam III battery charger with 2100mAh Ni-Mhs (trade price, thankfully, so less than a tenner). However, I tried 2 fully charged batteries in my controller last night, and got the flashing rings around the Xbox guide button, and no response from the controller at all. Anyone else had a similar experience? Is there anybody out there successfully using standard (1.25v) Ni-MH batteries in their wireless controller?
Cheers,
Nug.
