Plenty of controversy ahead in TUF, apparently one of the contestants paid his way through college by doing gay porn!

That's if he gets in the house. Do we know if they have to fight to get in this year?

I seem to recall Rampage criticising Sonnen for using TRT. I might be wrong but if I can find the interview, I'll post it.

Thiago "Pitbull" Alves weighs in at 170.5 lbs. for his main event bout vs. Martin Kampmann

    3 hours later... 197.6 lbs.

Alves gained 27 pounds in three hours - hmmmmm I reckon I managed that on Christmas Day

"McCall vs DJ was a DRAW! Commission added scores incorrectly. Should have been sudden victory round. Gonna have rematch"

I think that bloke is a fan of Joe Rogan. Even doing the JR weigh in shouting and starting every sentence with "Ladies and Gentlemen"

When the arm gets injured people usually criticise the defender for not tapping but when they escape, they criticise the attacker for having poor technique. The armbar in that position is dodgy because it's very escapable so you can't blame a pro fighter for trying.

In the ADCC last year, I saw Fabricio Werdum catch Vinny Maghales in an armbar in the same position and he was trying to finish for about a MINUTE. Vinny escaped (uninjured) and went on to win the fight and the tourney. When you consider that Werdum is an ADCC gold medalist and was much bigger than his opponent, it makes the criticism that GSP got for not finishing Hardy from the same position seem a bit harsh.

Oh ****! How about that for a fight? Complete 180 from me. The women brought it. Some absolutely stunning judo too. Wow.

Paul Daley needs to get good.

I was surprised that the Doctor let the fight continue after looking at that cut  I think the Jap outpointed Daley and deserved the decision but when you look at them both after the fight it just seems odd that the guy with a face like that could be declared a winner. His nose was badly broken too.

Saw the Kaufman v Davis fight. Don't know if there were any others.
Kaufman looked good standing but she was too easy to take down. I expect Rousey to take her down quickly when they fight which she'll need to do because Rousey's stand-up looked bad.

I cant really get behind that. It's a bit like Edgar v Benderhender. One fk off upkick did so much damage but it was just one strike and yet it carried a lot of sway with the judges.

Daley lands one decent slicing elbow and a few half-assed takedowns but was outpointed comfortably for the rest of the fight. You can't just score a fight on the highlights, you have to consider that it's essentially a points sport if it goes to the judges. A bleeding forehead and nose shouldn't change that.

We agree. That's why I said the Jap deserved the win. I actually laughed when they raised the guy's hand though because of the way it looked. Daley walking off in disgust made it even funnier. :D

I'm not sure bone snapping is great for the sport though tbh.

Tate should have tapped, or the ref should have seen it was only gonna end with a break and stopped it.

I don't want to see it, and I'm a MMA fan.

Neutrals and haters just fuel their anti-MMA arguments with things like this.

The sport needs to appear athletic, and not barbaric.

Perhaps I need a course if TRT ;o)
