    Hi,

I recently purchased a set of Tritton AX Pro's from America to use in the UK. The power supply said it uses:
    Input: 100-240VAC 50/60Hz 0.2A
    Output: 9VDC 0.5A 6W MAX

So I figured I could just use a US to UK plug adapter. However it doesn't turn on. I'm not sure if it's just a dodgy adapter of I this isn't going to work. Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks
    JM

p.s. I believe they are the latest model, with one power source for headphones and the block.

Do you have an adapter or a proper transformer? If the former, try the latter. :smashin:

Just an adapter, do you think I need a transformer?

For US devices I have always used a transformer, giving the correct voltage and is safer than an adapter. Check places such as Maplins for a suitable product.

Just got a transformer from maplins. It still does not turn on. Do you think this could be a faulty product?
