I am currently having issues with sky router I was supplied.

Seems to go real slow after a bit of use now (didnt when we first got it), have to power cycle to fix.

Also one of the 360's connected to the router shows moderate NAT while the other is Open.

Was thinking maybe a replacement router would fix it as I know there are later models so hopefully would get one of them. Has anyone had experience with getting sky to replace the router with a newer model? I have a feeling they will tell me a whole list of useless things to try and then tell me they cant send a new one out (as per all call centers).

Or.. Should I hack the spare one I have which should work?(if i can find it!) They sent us one that apprently doesnt work, but I think there were problems on Sky's end with setting up teh connection more then anything as the second one didnt work initially either.

I'd hack it personally and save your money but unless your certain you know what your doing, don't bother.
