    I just signed up yesterday but would like the free delivery to accompany my £800 order. Any chance it can be arranged? I am an old member from 2007 but my account has dissapeared.

    This is so great if you are in England as it make scan one of the cheapest places to get parts

    That`s what I thought also.
    Did use this promotion and ordered some part for new pc and had few queries that were answered same day. All received next day and was very well packed.

    But, I had an issue and wanted to return item. Did send return ticket last monday and then again thursday.
    No response at all....

    Wonder if free delivery is really free if after-sales service is like this, or am I being unlucky?

    I have now used this offer to buy a cpu from scan on there today only special offer. I was able to select the day to have it delivered (next day was available but I knew I was not going to be in) and I had a text the morning the package was due to give me a 1-hour slot in which to expect my new cpu. dpd and scans service was great! I now compare this to an order made with ebuyer who use parcel force. Ebuyer got my GPU sent out the next day after I ordered which was great only for Parcel force to claim they could not find my address?! :mad:

    Although this was not Ebuyers fault I will be using Scan from now on because of the excellent service and fine delivery.

    Very handy. I like Scan. Been around for ages (eons!) and this is due to one simple reason.

    It is too late now - but if you ring the sales team between 10am - 2pm tomorrow, you can place an order for Monday delivery.

    I'm trying to place and order with Scan via AVForums.com - SCAN & AVForums loyalty programme

    I have no idea how to get free carriage - there appears to be no way of associating my membership here with Scan during the order process.

    I am either being incredibly stupid, but how do I let scan know I am puddleduck and a member here.

    Very confused..!

    I have just bought a pair of Sharkoon 5.1 v3 Headphones (invoice E1596695) but was unable to use the free carriage because of the current technical problems. Is there anyway that this could be looked into with a view to refunding or adjusting the £7.99 carriage?

    Im not sure where to post this...but I have a question...
    On Scan.co.uk: Computer Hardware , you have these 'Today only' deals.
    If you add products into the basket, but do not check out the same day, will you still get the discounted price?
    I know it sounds like a stupid question, but the basket does not update automatically.
