That was the first thing I did actually with no success. I have moved the box down to the lounge within 5 feet of the home hub and still the same result. I connected it to the ethernet but can't get the box to connect. It does show as having ethernet connected but doesn't seem to connect. Ah, I have a pair I have been using with BT Vision. I *think* these are 200mbps so will give this a go if I can get the ethernet problem sorted.
