Just redeemed a few codes I'd not bothered doing recently and now have 2050 points to spend. Trouble is, there's nothing I want at the moment.
Do I need to worry about the points expiring?

I got an email back and the extra points added for the POTC 1-4 Boxset today, so just to point out to anyone who hasn't noticed my earlier post, if you get a points slip that requires a barcode put in the one for the POTC Boxset and you'll get 600 points

Same here i just wish they would add some more blu rays or maybe ones out of the vault for a few more points

just entered the codes for Pirates Of The Caribbean 1-4 Blu - ray Boxset & got 150 points - not very happy about this , on there site it say 600 points
email them using the contact link in the FAQ and they'll adjust your points balance in a couple of days
I'm still waiting on corrected points for 3 sets of titles....no replies from Disney...poor show

Just for the record, They eventually gave me the missing points
Did you use email address firstname.lastname@example.org? Slapped "point adjustment" in subject line and got a response next day.
I just contacted through the help form...have tried eMailing direct, will let you know

First to ask nicely can have a Disney code pm'd to them, I don't need it. Was in my sons DVD I bought him. And I just redeemed a load of points, can't be bothered to start again so someone else may as well have it.

Very strange that you've be waiting so long for it to be sorted when others have got it done very quickly. Are you sending the email to the address further up the page? People seem to be getting the most success from that rather than the contact us link on the website.
Have emailed that 4 or 5 times, have tried again today
Does anybody have a spare 50 point or more code that they arn't going to use at all? I'm currently on 800, cheers for any help.
Am sure there was a survey on the site that offers 50 points if you complete it. Not sure if it available to everyont but would think so. Worth checking?

Website exclusive Tron 'Reach' arrived today. Ordered last Tuesday, shipped Thursday. That's about the quickest I've had a reward from them.
Since they've set up in the UK they have been quite good with their rewards
