Look I needed know so I e-mailed the Radio station. It turns out "Angie" gave permission for the pre-recorded clip to be aired - what to make of that then? I smell a rat. I think the whole thing was most probably a very clever set up. Copy of respose from Galaxy FM.

"Dear Mr Bitofatit,

Thanks very much for your enquiry regarding the feature "Danny Dumps",
broadcast on December 22nd last year.

I'd like to assure you that all of our production and presentation
teams are very familiar with the Ofcom Code, and as such always obtain
the consent of any individual broadcast on the station.

The phonecall featured in "Danny Dumps" was a pre-recorded item, that
was not played out until express permission to broadcast was given by
all parties involved - therefore not breaching the Ofcom code.

Thank you again for getting in touch, I hope this has eased any anxiety
the piece may have caused you.

So she consented to being humiliated - the woman knows no shame

Why would she do that, unless there was something in it for her?
Where does she live? I wonder if she's still giving oral love?....... or does she only do it during the season of goodwill? :D

I expect the whole thing was a fake

Maybe her Boss had some mistletoe hanging from his belt-buckle and she couldn't resist :smashin:

But surely Galaxy Radio would need to tell the listeners that it was prerecorded... I didn't hear mention of that... just thought it was a live jobby... they should also mention that all parties had consented to its' airing...but they won't because it would dilute the impact and listeners wouldn't be bothered with the item... It's the apparent live, spontaneity that has the effect on us as listeners.... It is less appealing now that we learn it was prerecorded and consentual... :thumbsdow
