I was just wandering if you guys use creatine every day? I've never used it as a stand-alone product. At first I used to have a pre-workout drink, that had it in and more recently I've switched to a very good post workout shake that has creatine in it. As you can probably guess, (pre&post workout) means I only had creatine on workout days. Currently a 4 day split which I've been doing for around 5 months, so 3 days a week off creatine, and now I'm switching to a 3 day full body for a while which would mean 4 days off. I'm wondering whether I should start taking it stand-alone on non-training days?
