Installed the Power Support Anti Glare the other night. Its very good. Does effect the clarity of the screen slightly but the benefit of now not having the most expensive portable mirror in history is a huge benefit.

Ive got a Belkin one at the moment and it's really bad, scratches too easily and looks terrible, so I'll give one of these ago to.
    Cheers

What about the moshi ivisor thing? That seems to be getting good reviews everywhere, especially with it being reusable and very easy to install.
    Has anyone got one?

Sounds promising. Mine arrived this morning. Hopefully we'll have some sunshine over the weekend here for me to give it a try.

Got mine from cancom. Had no trouble with unwanted peeling but haven't had it long. It's effective enough to allow me to read from the kindle app in the bright sunshine today so I'm pleased so far.

these Media Devil matte, anti glare protectors have good reviews too. May get those or the moshi.

Does the moshi affect the picture quality much (ok - it won't a lot and must do a bit, but compared to others)?

The prices of these screen protectors are ridiculous - I used to review these years ago for Pocket PC devices and some of the best ones were actually very cheap.
I'm on the lookout for one, not so much for the anti glare but one that allows the finger to glide smoothly across the screen without it feeling sticky because the surface is so glossy. Any ideas? I know matte screen protectors are the best in this regard but compromise the display quality too much for my liking. I don't use my iPad 2 outdoors in daylight so screen reflections are really an issue for me.

It can be crazy can't it. I would say though, that if you want something to give you a clear picture, and cut down on the fingerprints that are hideous with the naked iPad, it can't be easy to make something.

I wouldn't be so worried about fingerprints on an iPhone, but on an iPad they are a pain.

Alas no, but the screen is exactly the same size. Only downside is it cover the front camera. However, it does give everything a lovely soft focus look...even makes me look pretty...:D

Very impressed with the Mediadevil Matte screen protector - which has converted me from invisible shield.

High quality, and a lovely smooth finish. A bonus that there a two in a pack for £14ish !

I bought and fitted one of these last week. Screen clarity is definitely reduced more than other matte protectors I have used in the past but it installed perfectly with no bubbles. My pack also arrived and both the plastic applicator card and screen cleaning cloth were missing.

Hmmm I've just purchased the MediaDevil Matte screen protector and not sure whether to fit it or not now. Been reading a few articles now including here that it reduces the image quality. Not sure if I should return it and get the Crystal Clear instead.

That's the one I use. Used them on the iphone in the past and they are quality.

There is no doubt that they reduce screen quality, so......

Are there any anti glare that don't affect screen quality?

    Cheers

I've just installed the Matte MediaDevil. Great quality, perfectly cut and touch is still very responsive but it does really affect picture quality. Games and videos in particular are very affected but on a positive note it does what it says, it truly is anti glare.
I'll give it a few days but unless there's the perfect AG film out there I might go with a clear one :(
