i guess you'd have to ask HMV that one.. i would have thought they'd refund back to the payment source though

Why not just cancel them both then just reorder Super 8 with the voucher balance.

Ditto, there's still a lot of overpriced stuff but a lot are decently priced now - there's always something I can find in their 2 for £15 section for example.

Compared to DSG staff a hamster looks like it knows what it's doing.

Ordered X-Men Ultimate on Blu-ray on the 19th December and received an email to say it has been posted on the 04th January. I've sent 2 emails on the 10th and 12th January with no response to either.

I contacted HMV via phone today, only to be told that there online department is closed today.

    The worst customer service ever.

One thing is for sure - voucher or no voucher, I will never use HMV again.

they state on the website to wait 14 days, so you should wait until the 18th, im guessing they wont do anything before that

my copy of the thing took ages to arrive from them, think that arrived 2 days before the 14 was up

personally i feel you're jumping the gun a bit, but whatever

I'm still waiting for my half price Star Wars BDs from last year. HMV explain that their suppliers won't provide stock. Does anyone know any more?

Is this online or instore? I have still got a £20 voucher to use but everything I wanted to order online is still out of stock (from before xmas!).

I had read somewhere that suppliers were unwilling to supply stock as they could not get credit insurance on them (a bit like the Game rumours at the moment) but the stores seem to be getting stock in all the time.

This thread is in regard to the on-line store, but apparently high-street stores can't get SW BDs either. This seems to be an issue with a particular supplier.

Had the same with both the new Star Trek TNG Blu-ray sampler and Thor Blu-ray. Cancelled in the end and ordered something that was in stock.

Nice listed as in stock finally on HMV but at £74.99, probably still cheaper than there in store price.

    Star Wars: Complete Saga: 9 Discs (2011): BLU-RAY: hmv.com

i still haven't spent my last vouchers, i wish hmv would start competing price-wise, most of their 3d films are £6 or £7 more expensive than other sites..

O2's got another £10 gift coupon deal going -you have to spend £30 instore and they just give you the card. And that's a £10 card per every £30 I think so a good deal for someone.

http://www.o2priority.co.uk/moments or just text yourself the code and show it to them if they even bother to ask 02hmv10for30

Never asked me for it before.

Ok so you don't get 10 off the £30 purchase just you have to spend £30 to get the £10 off the next purchase?

I hung-in out of bloody-mindedness rather than any analysis that HMV would manage to ship. Happily, though, my box set has just landed, and for what may be the cheapest yet bona fide price. :)

    Yeah, that's it :)

May sound simple but I was in yesterday with the intention of buying 5 or 6 titles and they had none of them. Would be good to buy 2 or 3 overpriced and immediately use the £10 off on something -but no go as they had nowt for me.
