XTZ 80.1 and Sound & Vision @ Bristol

This one is for AudioSanctum

Are you going to that the Sound & Vision show in Bristol? If so, would it be possible to demo the XTZ 80.1 speakers at the show?

Thanks

We will be at Bristol but we will only have the 99 series on demo. The room is small so not a lot of space for loads of speakers. We'll just be running a 2 channel setup

Oh well nevermind! The 99 series is a little bit rich for me but I'll probably see you anyway at the show.

Would I have access to most of the XTZ range in your showroom? Depending on how my new living room turns out (moving to a newish flat very soon), I have these speakers in mind:

Floorstanding
XTZ 80.1 vs Tannoy V4

Or Bookshelfs
XTZ 93.23 vs XTZ 95.24 vs MONITOR AUDIO BRONZE BX2 vs TANNOY REVOLUTION DC4

The amp in mind is an Onkyo TX-8050. I don't really need 5.1 as I don't watch many action movies and I'm biased to music anyway. If I go for the bookshelfs, depending on the new living room, I might opt for a sub.

We have the 95.24's and 93.23's for you to look at and demo but the 80.1's we don't have any of sadly, the 95 and 99 series are the ones that sell in the UK. We would be more than happy to bring a pair in for you but most prefer a better pair of standmounts than same priced floorstanders.

Thanks. I am a bit busy over the next few weeks (with moving/visiting friends/etc) but I really hope to demo your kit soon. Also, it looks like the move will jeopardize Sound & Vision for me

That's terrible planning, you'll have to change that, the Bristol show is much more important!!
