xbmc 720p ghosting on joytech 540c

Hi everyone

i'm using a cheapo component cable for the xbox and usually output at 720p - it's looks great when directly plugged into the TV but i notice ghosting when i plug it via the joytech 540c component cable switcher.

The switcher seems fine on the DVD player, 360 and even the Wii.

has anyone got perfect image quality from XBMC via this switcher? I'm wondering if better xbox cables might help

(PS ghosting is reduced when i set XBMC into 1080i mode, but this puts a heavy strain on the xbox and controls/navigation starts to feel slugish)

Do you mean xbox, or xbox 360? Cos I can move it to the right place if you meant the 360 as you wont get any answers here!

okay, well i bought a higher grade component cable (the one by IXOS) and that seems to have solved the ghosting - guess the cheapo ones are a false economy (at least for my setup)
