Nearly there need a little more help

Ok just installed a new hard drive and softmodded it using Sibeers guide.

When I go to use Krayzies extras and try to select a dual boot with the MS dash it says I can't because the ms dash is not there or something then rename/minimum install blah blah and it can't go ahead.

(I can get the exact error message if need be)

SO what files do I need in only to get a dual boot.

Also how do I access the msdash in XBMC at the moment I select programs then run evolution x dash and select msdash from there but then have to reboot in order to get back to xbmc is that how its done???

THanks for your help
