Looking for the best installer program

Just got a 200gig xbox from a guy on these forums, and what I want to do is do a fresh install of all the latest stuff.

can someone give me details of where to get the best installer disc/progams.

and is it a matter of just putting it into the xbox and it installs and wipes everything off previously.

I mainly going to use this to install all my divx onto the hard drive and then play back
