Defrag an Xbox Hard Drive

Is it possible?

Im sure after time and adding and deleting data the drive will be all over the place, so defrag now and then would be useful

No it's not possible due to it's not needed.

XB isn't like how persons PC sorts or removes files so clean up isn't needed.
