Xbox sound issue with far cry instincts

Has anyone heard of an issue where the only the gun sounds in far cry instincts are corrupted, it sounds like rumble type thing. the soundtrack, music, and voices are fine. Its just this game and as well. My speakers are fine so theres nothing wrong with the settings

I have a standard uk xbox brand new from Argos a few weeks old, no modding or anything.
