Hi guys!

I'm trying to softmod my original xbox so I can run XBMC, I've obtained a copy of splinter cell (original not classic) and the Xbox to usb lead and a MegaXkey.

The xbox recognises the MegaXkey but when I run the MegaXkey software and insert the usb MegaXkey into my pc it cannot find It

I even downloaded a simplified version of the software but still no luck...

I'm using Vista uultimate as an operating system so am unsure if mabye it's not compatible???

Any advise would be greatly received

Hi,
Have you tried the Action Replay software or xplorer 360, either of those should access your memory card.

good call, i used action replay software and a formatted mp3 player to do both my xbox's.
