Following the May update which stopped non-US locations from downloading the tv and movie content from the US marketplace, does anyone know if this can be circumvented by using a US (Region 1) XBox 360 in the UK (using a fictional US postal address)?

Or is it detected by the location of your ISP, so the region of the console makes no difference?
