Geeky Gears night out

right head count i have pm`d mr mark haywood moderator of the 360 forums if i can post this here as of now he hasn`t got back to me with a yes or a no, i thought i f we could keep this thread local then the local`swill post on here only
so only use this thread for availability on the poll, and post in the grudge of war thread for anything else this poll will be closed after a week and probably be moved to some far off av forums land.

Re: kopchoirs birthday bash

For those that don't know, I *think* this is a poll for those of the regular GoW crew who'd like to do a meet - possibly in the Birmingham area.

Re: kopchoirs birthday bash

Not sure mate but anyway - a couple of suggestions

1. Jay and Kop get married - and we all go to the ceremony for a knees up - I bagsy best man. Maybe Tetlee could lead a chainsswa guard of honour

2. Everyone goes fancy dress - dressed as there favourite COG/Locust - I'll bring me flatcap.

Thought you were in Portugal between July 28th-Aug 4th, hence not being able to make the golf day on August 3rd

Supposed we'd best get some Xboxes to strap to our golf bags to make that day more worthwile

hence the fact i haven`t voted on that date matt, the thread starter was an excuse to be made for a night out so there is no need to get sarcy m8.
Thats why i didnt want the thread here cause big girls with goatees like you, go and post dribble like you just did, you wanna go spend a fortune on a driver id rather go spend it on a 360 each to there own and next time please dont undermine my reasons for not attending the golf day i had to post certain dates on here for everyone else`s availability not just my own

No need to get personal Simon.

I used a smiley to show humour/lack of seriousness in my post, you however seem to have taken it the other way.

Sorry you feel that way, and also the way that you posted back - unwarranted. No need for further comment

Re: kopchoirs birthday bash

Matt , Simon's use of the term "Big girls" is (i think) meant as an endearing one, if you scan his posts in the game section you will see he uses it all the time.

however i do find the reference to the goatee very offensive (but i have always found goatees Very offensive)

I'm interested in this, only thing is travelling may be a problem....Kopchoir you big girl you should have come down to london you puff.

Any ideas what the day/night will consist of....I expect a full timetable listing all the activites on the day you big girl.

On a serious note, any ideas what you are planning e.g go to a pub/s nightclubs etc etc

OK guys - I've re-opened, but keep this on topic and the banter civil. (Oh, and kopchoir asked for the thread title to be changed, not my idea!)

Nice bit of butt coverage there, though you are a co-conspirator so don't think you're totally safe!

Slight nudging ahead of the August 25th date at the moment, that'd make it my birthday bash as well .

Can't be sure Jay but I imagine it'll be meet up at a drinking hole, once assembled go for a curry followed by return to a drinking hole then, for the hardy, a club & for the others a late train back or retire to a travelodge/hostel/doorway to get some zzzz's.

SilverLink/Virgin very cheap over weekends if booked in advance, curry/drink is very reasonable in Brum & overnight stay needn't cost too much.

Developed by award-winning KOPCHOIR Productions for Xbox 360 KOPCHOIR's Geeky Gears Night Out allows players to experience a heightened level of inebriation as they use their instincts, forensic tools, and melee combat to track down bars and subdue them. As a Special AVF Agent, an investigator in the AVF’s Special Beers Unit (SBU), you will pursue alcohol through urban environments filled with questionable totty lurking on the periphery of humanity. Intelligent conversation is scarce, leaving you vulnerable to a barrage of deranged banter. Careful detective work and precision reflexes are your primary means of survival.

That'd be ideal Simon, go watch the game at the Walkers Stadium then over to Brum for the meet.

Might get an early train to Brum (2 x Advance Singles only £10 each) then over to Leicester for the footie & back, think it's only 40 minutes from B'ham? Not sure, will check it out.

Either way I'm up for it & if Jay's coming up with me he'll get the added pleasure of seeing the boys in action ....

Yeah mate, season ticket holder for ages, also get in a few away days, nothing beats watching your team live - not even GoW .

Aaah, Johnny Barnes, living legend. On top of being a great player and genuinely nice guy he's been a rap artist, dressing-room 'fixer', motivational speaker, tv presenter & a manager .....
