Getting reconnected

Posted this thread above, but thought i'd post it here as well. I've been connected to 'live' for about six months now, however i've encountered a problem today. I was mucking about with my internet options earlier (like you do), and from that point my IP address failed on 'live'. I have noticed a new icon on my taskbar, and think that this might be the problem. The icon has two computer screens, and says 'Local Area Connection, Speed: 100 Mbps, Status: Limited or no connectivity'. Anybody got any ideas on how to fix this problem.

Thanks mate but i've already tried that website, and it doesn't really help me with this problem

Limited or no connectivity is solved by that link, it means ICS is not setup right as it states on there

It is set up correctly though mate as i was playing on 'live' yesterday, and i haven't changed anything apart from what i mentioned in the OP.
