Talking for us both (hubby and I ) having the xbox live has turned what used to be a boring night in front of the telly into something more sociable and fun.
We dont get to go out as much as we would like,but this in a way is having people come to see us........ we have a laugh with like-minded people and we dont have to feed /wine them .. and of course when we have had enough of them we can just turn the thing off

beating ze Germans @ Pro evo, and COD3!!

Being able to play against real life people rather than a circuit board. Mostly now all i find myself doing is playing other people on live rather than agaisnt the computer, great fun but its holding back my gamerscore.

AI tend to do the same thing over and over again. Humans are unpredictable and in my eyes unpredictability = more entertainment

Plus you can take the mikey out of humans
