TP-Link TD-W8960N - Xbox Live problems

Hi all .. Bought this modem/router and had it running on my network. Got the kids Xbox 360 running with NAT entries to port forward 80,88,3074 and 53. All was working fine for a month. Then suddenly the xbox stops connecting to Live. Tried assigning a static IP & port forwarding, turning off port forwarding, adding the IP to the DMZ - no joy. Upgraded to firmware posted Nov 4 and tried it all again - nope.

Put my 2Wire back, and xbox connects to Live instantly. We can't think of anything we would have changed prior to the problem starting. Any ideas? Is TP-Link crap?
