Hi,

Surely I'm not the only one to have come across this?

I trying to link up my Xbox profile and my Xbox live profile.

I signed up to xbox live on my PC and added my subscription there too. Rather than registering it via Xbox as I kept getting an error code. Now when I connect my Xbox to xbox live I seem to have two profiles on my dashboard, one offline and one online profile, but both with the same gamer tags.

How can I link these up?? if at all?

Tried the recover gamertag process but that didnt work.
