I had an old Sky router that had some connection problems with the xbox 360 however all the problems were solved when I changed it to channel 11, however a few days ago the router crapped out and so now I have to use a new one sky sent to me and again there are connection problems. Sometimes there is connection sometimes there ain't for hours and I've tried all the channels. Can someone please help ASAP because this is getting annoying. My router is a netgear.

I've just been on the phone to sky and xbox but nothing has been sorted out and some microsoft representatives were particularly rude. Can anyone give a big person up in the xbox live hierachy that I can contact?
