Is one month free xbox live still included?

Hi, just got an elite and there's no 1 month xbox live trial in the box, is this no longer supposed to be included?

You will get a one month trial when you create a gamertag (limited to three brand new gamertags per console)

when u sign up for live u need to select u only want silver...then it will give u the free month

Didnt realize you get a free month when I got my 360 on thursday, just used my 3 month live card I got with the bundle. Can I still use the free month when the 3 month card expires?

when i bought mine i made the mistake of creating my gametag on the xbox site a couple of days before i bought it.
