My son can't join in party chat on XBOX Live in real time. We have tried 2 consoles and 3 different headsets. We think the headsets are ok because he can record and send voice messages which his pals can open and hear. He can hear all the party chat through TV speakers. but no-one can hear him. A workmate has suggested to me that this problem might be due to our an issue with our BT Home Hub. Can anyone advise?
