I`ll give this a try if I may.

I`ve tried to join the first league and the second seems to have stalled.

Eager to get going in some meaningful games - I find ranked games a bit uninspiring in Fifa but really got into them with PES. Maybe becuase it showed your change after the game in PES and the ranking was a little more in your face rather than embedded in the menus.

That said - I`m enjoying FIFA and slowly getting the hang of it although scoring is literally a bit hit and miss.

What about some house rules of at least semi assisted for pass / shoot ?

Id love to join if possible? Im a spurs fan but see they are taken so can I go Man utd? My family support them , if they are too good then il go anyone..

p.s not done a league before, is it fairly straight forward?

I joined this league last night - intially as Spurs until I saw that two other people were already Spurs. So I left the league and re-joined as Newcastle. I hate their tactics in the game though so have to edit them before each game. You can save tactics/formations offline but seemingly not online which is a bit annoying.

Any idea when we can get this started - Let`s get going. We can do a re-run if all goes well and add more players. We will then have the benefit of a run through to see how it all works.

RizL4 I noticed that you have got PGR4 and already have loads of achievement points - you don`t hang around !

Lets get some games played. I have played quite a few games in the other league as glorious Scunthorpe - I would like to see a change of pace with better teams playing.

Don`t know what happened last night - we just could not hold the connection. I did keep losing the connection on the menu screen to the EA servers. I don`t normally have any problems with my connection - maybe EA servers or Live itself. That said I played a few games later on without any problems.

In an old PES league there was one chap I just could not connect to - other 20+ players no problem - odd.

I will look out for you tonight / tomorrow.

Supersportbilly - I prob wont be on tonight as its the wife's telly tonight (Eastenders, Casualty). I may get 30 mins before i goto work tonight.
