Having read some of that, it sounds very complicated.
I suspect it will take several hours to get to grips with just 1 class.

I never played this much when The Orange Box first came out as it was always a bit of a lagfest (far worse than COD4, believe it or not). Will send a FR tonight. Should be good fun with the lads from here.

Incoming FR.
I played the other day with a few randoms. This game has got to the age where people know if they place a turret in a certain position (Like in the opposite corner to the intel, on 2Fort), it's difficult/impossible to destroy and therefore the other team cannot win.

No fun there, a few AVF games will be much better. Rumour is there's some DLC (Maps, etc) on it's way too.

The classes are indeed very different, but not to difficult to master as at most you only 4 weapons of choice, some even 3.

I've still not mastered Spy, at all. i can get to a sentry, but can't sap it, when i de-cloak to sap it, the sentry shoots me??? so i'm confused as to how you sap a sentry.

My personal Fav is engineer, love setting up the turrets and watching people walk into em.

Gonna give that link a good read.

I dont know either as i never play spy, but i do know you can be disguised and sap things over and over without coming out. Pretty annoying actually, they should have put a delay on sapping.

I typically play as a Pyro, so have no way of dealing with turrets - well except to scream at my teammates "get that turret <give complete description of location>" then watch people ignore it, or run straight into them Still i just love setting people on fire, and cant wait for the "sizzle-noise" patch the PC guys are getting! "MMmmmph mmmm mmphhfff!"

I was on for a while sat night, played all the classes to get myself familiar with the game again AND I WAS AWFUL!!!

Got hammered in all games.

I was also trying to get the achievement for playing all classes, but i'm at 7/9, i'm sure i've played all classes for a full round. confusing me now why i'm not getting the achivment. is there a known bug?

I also noticed some people cheating by somehow placing sentrys floating in the sky, on certain maps. hope this gets patched in a update.

Didn't enjoy it that much, but i was playing alone really, and trying for the achivment so couldnt change class within a round.

I've currently got my "driver" doing the endurance races for me on Forza 2 so although I'm online, I'm not actually playing.

I'l be on proper after 2230 though if anyone fancies a game.
