Fixtures
The fixtures are broken down into 5 periods. You must play your fixtures during the fixture period in which they fall. The dates of individual matches are there as a reccomendation to help you schedule your fixtures evenly throughout the season. Failure to fulfil your fixtures during the correct period may result in points deductions. At the end of each period I will post the league table. The live league table will be viewable from the link above at any time.

If you need ro reschedule a fixture you should reschedule it to the previous or following period unless you have a very good reason to move it further than one fixture period.

Depends how good you are. I'm kinda hoping the others in the 2nd div will all be quite poor as i'm struggling so far. I haven't played a Pro Evo in a while and i'm sure i never had this much trouble getting into PE4.

Hats off to Durera - this all looks fantastic.

Like i say mate they are just Friendlies, just a bit of fun. Pop the microphone on and have a chat, some didnt last year with PES6 and some did. The ones who did like fcz are good people. Like Bob Hoskins used to say......."its good to talk".

Durera - i cant believe how much time, effort and attention to detail you have put into this. You sure sure are a very clever and dedicated fella, and I'd just like to say a big THANK YOU for organising this, not many would

Re: AVF PES Association: 07/08 Division 2

Friends requests accepted from pete, stormy, kop & hogi then sent out to Trist, Mr Mabo and ashworthacca. Lisbonlion already on my list.

I`ve been playing Fifa - need to get some practice in on this now ... played one game so far ! Find it hard to switch from Fifa to PES so have concentrated on Fifa knowing that I will soon need to put some time in on PES.

If you see me on LIVE then feel free to invite me for a "friendly".

Division 2 should be interesting particularly as the powerhouse teams are in Division 1.

Cheers chaps.

Re: AVF PES Association: 07/08 Division 2

For the guys in Division 2, I'm just looking through the guide book and thought i'd post an interesting set of stats. You could say that the players with 90-95 attribute ratings are very good and those with 95-100 are excellent/world class. Here's a list of how many ratings that you have in each bracket (bear in mind that one player may have 4/5 ratings above 90+):-

90/95 & 95+
Bayern Munich = 16 & 2
Ajax = 11 & 0
Ath. Madrid = 13 & 1
Tottenham = 13 & 0
Villareal = 8 & 1
R.Zaragoza = 9 & 1
Seville = 3 & 0
Marseille = 7 & 0
Fiorentina = 3 & 1

Where do I get relegated to when I finish bottom???

Been playing this on and off but really have concentrated on FIFA and am finding the treansition to this pretty difficult. I'll give it my best shot though and look forward to some great games.

Re: AVF PES Association: 07/08 Division 2

i think that there are views for and against it. Personally i'm going to be a creosote crack and sit on the fence as I dont mind either way. What might be a better idea is to have the condition set to random? Like I say though Cisse has 5 ratings over 90 and you have 7&0!!

i have 3 players in my entire squad with 90/95 and 0 over 95 surely who ever did the stats in the game knows nothing about football
With regards to the injury if we all had the same teams then fair enough but for us minions at the bottom of the pile its going to be difficult anyhow i wont e looking so when you play me you can have your injured player on for all i care

Kopchoir, Sevilla are a really nice balanced team though, no superstars a few great players but on the whole very good.

I couldn't believe nobody stole them before you and there was me willing you to pick Lyon and what do ya do you steal at the last hehehe.

I think my speedtest is the same as yours but I don't have printscreen button on the media centre keyboard. The lag seems to come and go as far as I can tell.

I was absolutely stuck between Real Zaragoza, Sevilla and Marseille. I was seriously tempted by Marseille simply because of the pace. I think most of us in the second div will have serious doubts about our team choices at some point ( i know i have - probably should've gone for Marseille).

Are Werder Bremen in the game? I had them on a shortlist along with Schalke but thought they weren't in there.

Re: AVF PES Association: 07/08 Division 2

I must admit I'd rather have a well balance team than one with a few superstars in it.
i remember someone posting that they had played xxYNWAxx, the wolrds best player and I think he was Tonga (or someone like that) against Brazil and YNWA slaughtered him. I do think that you can give yourself more of a chance with a good strategy/formation.
Anyway it should be good fun. My next choice was Aston Villa (and i'm a West Brom fan!) but I actually enjoy being the underdog.

Certainly mate, would love to. Please bear in mind that the best team in the land are Playing against Coventry on sky tonight. So just before, H/T or just after F/T?

Hi fellow division 2 whipping boys! Just to let you know those who were not already friends I have sent a request over. If you see me about and fancy a laggy friendly of PES just message me... if I'm not off to bed I will be up for a game!

Good games mate. I got schooled pretty well. I think it was a mixture of you being quite good and me being pretty bad. I think it was fairly evident that i haven't played a Pro Evo/any footie game in an absolute age.

I think some practice is needed before the league starts.

My only real victory of any sort was making you beat Liverpool (oh and suggesting you pick Man U ).
