Played a previous league set up on here. I only had one match and the league collapsed due to lack of interest. I got hammered 4-0!

Sure this league wont collapse. sounds fun and extremely well organised.

I've had a large number of enquiries about extending the league lately (probably due to the demo raising people's excitement about the game).

If you really want to join up then send me a PM confirming that you are 100% commited to joining and are happy to pay the £10 registration fee.

If I get 6 people interested then I will split the association into a two tier association (which was initially my solution to the growth of the league when we expanded beyond 12 teams).

Division 1: 12 teams: members 1 through 12
Division 2: 12 teams: members 13 through to 24

This will help reduce the number of games, allowing us more breaks in the fixture list to help people keep up with the matches.

There will be promotion/relegation from the divisions. In the first season your division is entirely decided by the order you joined, there may be poor players in division 1 and strong players in division 2, but that's just the way it goes. Anyone joining now would be in division 2. The prize money for the league places in division 2 will be the same as in league 1, although you're in a lower league as members we're all equal so div 2 won't be contributing div 1 prizes and vice versa, there'd then be the common prize pot for the cup competitions.

We currently have 18 confirmed sign-ups. When I expanded the league 22-24 was my original target so we could run two leagues in the above configuration, so I can handle this expansion reasonably well although it will be a bit of hassle redoing the fixtures it's not the end of the world.

First come, first served for the 6 new spaces that are available. If you have previously PM'd me about this that does not count. PM me again saying:

"I definitely want to join, I will pay the £10 if you get the numbers required"

If I get enough responses to split into two divisions then I'll PM everyone back and ask for payment. Please don't send me money until that point as I can't expand it without the right number of players.
