Snes pad On Xbox 360

Is there a convertor that makes the original Snes pads work on the 360? or anything similar?

Well as the SNES wont have anywhere near the right amount of buttons, and definately no analogue stick then not really.

There are USB SNES, NES, Genesis pads, but I doubt that the 360 would accept them.
