XNA community games?

XNA community games?
Anyone have any idea whats going on with the XNA community games? They seem to be available on the American xbox live marketplace but the European version doesn't even have the community tab under games. Is this another NXE feature non-Americans will be missing out on?

Not in Ireland I'm afraid, for some reason we didn't get them. The community games option does not exist in both the NXE and the PC marketplace
