forgive me if im being dumb but does this mean you can load the game on your hard drive to stop the dvd drive from making all the noise,if so how big is tiger woods 09 and where you guys get the game size info from,cheers.

Either install the game then go to system settings and look at the memory.

Or faster way, if you do not have enough space it says you need, for example, 6.2GB to install this game.

yes, you only need the original disc in for it to verify, then after that it has everything it needs to run the game from the HDD, in silence

I'm quite surprised none of these are using the full capacity of the discs (8.5 gig iirc?) with the way some people go on about DVD being an outdated format.

Unless the Xbox compresses them a bit? Can't see it though as that would slow down read speeds.

suprised not to see one exceed 7gb yet!. Sometimes i see games and am staggered they can fit on a 9gb disc and not seen one that gets near that yet!. Quite astonishing.

Cool! Looks like my 20Gb hard drive will do the job then! Typically I don't have more than a couple of games on the go at one time. Sounds like they will fit no problem!

seems the 20gig hard drive only allows 13gig can i use more than one hard drive on my xbox if i bought another one?,is it a case of just swapping them over,or can i only have my xbox live account on 1 drive?.
