Where to buy replacement DVD Drive for Xbox 360?

Hi there, my DVD drive in me 360 is about to give up on me I think....video is stuttering and what not. I have two and the other is working fine on same discs so am certain the drive is on the way out.

Was wandering if anyone knows of a reasonably priced shop selling replacement drives as my 360 is out of warranty and I'm quite capable of flashing the drive with my key myself.

Also not too sure, is it just a case of flashing the new drive with your old drives key and plonking it in and away you go, or will I need to spoof it to my current model etc (Hitachi 47).

Thanks in advance

You just buy same drive you already have off a place like ebay the Hitachis with postage are about £30 then you just extract the key of your drive you have now and flash it to the new drive job done.
