MY LG TV only has one DVI input and no VGA socket. Can i use a VGA to DVI adaptor as i find the composite picture throught the TV too dark on my 360????

What model is it? I have a LG RZ32LZ50 with one DVI port. I use a VGA to DVI converter and it is fine.

I hope you mean component as composite is the worst possible connection you can use.
