How to change your gamertag pic??

Can anyone please tell me how to change your gamertag pic to a custom picture.

you can only do it using the live vision camera and it is only displayed to people on your friends list to prevent abuse.

Thanks for the reply, but where did you get the duck from?? he he thats the sort of thing I was looking to exchange, rather than using one of MS default tag pics.

aah - you can buy them from the marketplace if you have microsoft points. the duck was quite a cheap one which is from hitman.

there are other free ones which you can get from games. i got some from amped and others from the table tennis game.
