Decent Xbox 360 HDTVs

I am looking for a new HD TV for Christmas and I would like one withe the following specs:

"HD Ready" - (Not so bothered about 1080p)
2 x HDMI with HDCP (1x PC and soon PS3)
1 x VGA/Component (for my 360)
8ms response (or better)
Freeview (but not necessary)

My budget is under £600 and I was thinking of the Toshiba 32WL66 as it didn't seem bad for a branded 32" TV.

My main use will be connecting to a custom built PC with a ATI X1600 HDMI and my Xbox 360 so 1:1 mapping is important and a fast response time. I also plan to get the Xbox HD-DVD drive.

With Bista and PS3 around the corner I would like to secure my purchase with having HDCP enabled.
