Hi there, I've been a naughty boy, and umm well was testing out the xvid capabilities of the Transcode 360 program, finally got it all working properly...

But the problem is I was watching some pornos in xvid format and now they are listed in the recent documents bit of "My videos" with thumbnails to boot!!!

Problem is, well peeps come over sometimes and it might be someone who doesn't even belive that such things are acceptable these days...

Any ideas how to get rid of them?

I've tried...

Deleting all the folders that had the porn, removing them from the extender, playing more vids to get them to overwrite the thumnails, but the porno ones just come back when u turn the xbox 360 back on???!!!

i shouldnt really laugh, reminds me of when i got my first PC, and because i hadnt figured out what bookmarking was, i had the dropdown menu in the URL bar on, so of course any site i went to was listed.....and being new to the internet and being in my very early twenties, of course i couldnt resist visiting a few sites.........which to my horror stayed in the URL dropdown autofinisher box....lol.......so whenever mum wanted me to check a website i'd have to remember in my mind if it was likely to bring up anything bad, if it probably would i'd go searching thru Yahoo for a link instead....heh

oh, and sorry, no idea how to get rid of it.....

Awwww, well its all sorted

Phew, was starting to get worried...

In the end I just had to rename the folder on the host pc, and that worked.

Relief....

One time I was fixing my father in laws PC and came accross a folder, in which I had to peek. It was rammed full of porn, all nicely categorised into sub folders too. Considering the amount of calls I've had from him along the lines of, "I saved a word document and now I can't find it", I was amazed at how organised all this was. Then the penny dropped. There never were any, "word documents".

It also reminds me of a story I read on a forum once about the young lad who's parents were away on holiday. He had a few mates round to watch a porno on his dads new plasma. After they left he went to bed. The next morning he woke up to find that he hadn't turned the DVD and TV off. When he did he was greeted by some lovely screen burn of the films naughty menu screen.

It's probably an urban legend, but it always makes me laugh.
