"Ring Of Light" help.. (the power button)

Hi,

I've just played some Blazing Angels for about an hour, and swapping to Call Of Duty 2, within the first 5mins of joining a match on COD2, the two top green lights alternately flashed. I've never seen this before, and so have turned off my 360 and am scouring the net for an answer. (box is in the attic).

Anyone know what this means? Ive only found information on the 3 red rings so far.

Thanks in advance.

Seen it before, I get it stuck on the second one every now and again.

I think its the internal switch for working out if its horizontal or vertical (the lights change position to match the controller if you change the orientation). And what happens I think is when the disc goes into psycho mode it can sometimes knock the sensor.

A little tap will in the other direction gets it fixed.

I had phoned MS about it and they said that it doesn't matter, and only to phone if it gets permanently stuck in the wrong mode.
