anyone tried streaming from Sony NW-HD5?

Hi,

Still waiting for my 360 as Parcelfarce have decided to take it home for the weekend to give it a test drive.

Anyway, wondered if anybody had hooked up a HD5 to the box? I was wondering if the box recognises the ATRAC media format.

Any ideas?

Cheers,

NookZ

I don't really think so has SonicStage packages the mp3 files into a oma file which i don't the xbox360 can read and ATRAC forget about M$ will never support it

I tried my HD-3 and it didn't work, it couldn't read the .OMA file format!

It was recognised as a storage device so you could still put mp3's straight onto it (no sonicstage conversion) but then u wouldn't be able to play them on the HD-3 . You could also put pictures on there too, but videos won't work - gave it a sneaky try.

P.S. I use the VAIO Music Transfer program for my HD-3, so no need for rubbish sonicstage, just drag & drop!
