It would appear they don't know what they're doing at the moment. I received two emails from them, regarding a competition I got an email about two week ago:

Same here, points now at 0 (was 20) and the emails in English and Danish/Norweigen??...very random.

It pays to read the rules. Over half the prizes are virtually worthless, and the 160 point one is not worth a great deal.

MS is not exactly the most efficient in creating this promotion are they?

I signed up on the 8th, did the survey immediately and yet still no points assigned or even pending!

Haven't won anything yet, chosen the 3rd (rightmost) box everyday since I joined, though judging from the post above the chance of winning something is very slim. Maybe i'll just hope to win the big prize draw instead - which I believe is the best reason to log in daily and play the game as it increases the number of entries you have for the the draw.

Oh well, good idea by MS, poorly implemented and not really that exciting, especially for long time members.

I fined up on the 3rd Dec. Did the Monthly Survey, activated Sky Player fir my XBox but as of last night still no points even in Pending!

I emailed MS at the weekend to enquire that after 10-14 days (way more than their stated 96hrs), I have no points pending but just got a standard reply saying it can take up to 96hrs to go to Pending, then 1 month to be transferred!!!!

So they clearly didn't read my enquiry! I still continue to do it and email them in Jan if still no points. It's free and not a huge amount so I'm not gonna stress over it but it's pretty shabby!

Update!

I've just checked my Live Account online and it's now showing 20pts in Pending :-)

Suspicious that it's happened the day after the email from MS saying to wait and see (after previous 2weeks with no progress). However, if the enquiry has spurred some action then i'm happy enough. Still expecting 100pts from Sky Player activation so will wait and see.

Thought I'd mention it. Might be worth raising with MS via their online enquiry form if you're still waiting!

Well after 20 days from signing up, my 20MSP for the survey along with 200MSP for renewing live for a year has finally updated in 'pending' Hopefully they will be deposited soon. Not exactly a huge amount of MSP, but didn't cost too much in time to set up so worth it in the long run I think.

Hopefully the process will improve over time.

After Christmas, I was excited to be very lucky enough to select one of the Rewards Presents and this time be advised that I had won!

One Year Xbox Live Gold Membership

That was on the 26th December. Been waiting ever since for some form of confirmation but nothing via either my Live Account nor via Email.

Anybody else had a Win or other experience?
