hi, i have a few questions, basically i've got 2 xbox 360s and want to know the answer to a few questions that have been on my mind...

1. can i connect 2 xbox 360s to xbox live using 1 router?
2. can i run 1 gamertag on 2 seperate consoles at the same time?
3. can i play a game online if i install one to the HDD and the other console runs the game from CD?
4. are you allowed to have 2 xbox 360 registered at one address for the warrenty?

No, the disc has to be in the xbox even when installed

Yes

Only if you swap HDD keep the tag on a memory card or recover the tag each time you change consoles, so really that should be a no.

NO

on question 3, when u run the game from the HDD doesn't it do a check for the CD when its detected the CD and gone through, it doesn't require the CD, so i can take the CD out and put into the other xbox and run from CD? if that makes sense

You can, but only certain routers will be able to run both with an open NAT. I bought a D-Link DIR-825 for this purpose, though I believe the D-Link DIR-2640B does it too.

Nope, no way at all. Each console needs a profile with a gold sub logged into it, and a profile can only exist on Live in one place at any one time.

You need a game in the drive to play it, even if it's installed to the HDD.

Pressing the eject button when in a game takes it back to dashboard, so no, I'm afraid.

No, when you press eject you will be dumped back to the dashboard.
