The Xbox website is refusing to let me register my xbox 360 so that it can be repaired. Now i have filled out all my details correctly and have entered the serial number but it says there is a error and that my request cannot be completed. Is this because my xbox is out of warranty or is it because (like my friend says) my email is a google account which to me seems irrelevant!!?

Can someone please help because i would like to try and avoid paying an extra £20 so one of the support people can register and send out an order for my xbox's repair!?!?

If it wont register on the site then you will probs have to ring them

What's the £20 for? I had this issue rang up, registered and sent it off all for free.

My warranty has run out so its already costing me £80 to send off and get repaired if i order the repair myself! The £20 extra is so the operator person can do it for me! Basically been trying to figure it out for a couple hours and my xbox is registered to another account which i cant memba making or sum1 has stolen my Serial number!! So basically im ****ed
