Where are my videos?

Right this is really starting to infuriate me.

I have a PS3 and 360, I have gone to all the relevant EA websites and all are showing my EA ID, Live ID and PSN ID (all linked to my one e-mail address).

I have uploaded several videos to the website through the game, but when I log onto the POS website that is EA SPORTS Football World, I get NOTHING!, no uploaded videos, no photos, nowt.

Why is this? *** is wrong with EA and not being able to do something properly? I see plenty of people here using this feature without an issue, why am I encountering so many problems?

Can anyone offer me any advice, as I'm sat here a my laptop and every time I go back to one of the crap EA sites and re-do everything and it doesn't work I feel like screaming at the top of my lungs!!!

Jeez calm down...after all it's user error.

You have to add the video 'widget' into your EA Sports webpage. Here is a guide for you to follow.

Thanks man, I've had the same problem. So what I did when I uploaded one of my videos I looked at the recently uploaded videos and found one of mine. Seemed like there was a duplicate of my persona on easportsworld, so I've contacted the customer support now, as it said in one of those forums.

lol, if only it was my friend. I have the video widget added. After searching for my tag on the website, I found I had a duplicate account too, and all my videos had been uploaded to the other account.
